Opening Reception: Thursday, November 7, 6-9pm

In Life Line, McCagg exhibits a series of hand made books each representing a single person she has collaborated with in the past. Both the drawings and the books come together at A.I.R. Gallery as a single installation. Apparently controlled, these earlier works are actually a product of uncertainty and unease. Paired with newer works that are more open to these feelings of disorientation, these drawings are a result of a calmer approach to the subject and a more assertive relationship to drawing.
