This is Sharon Brant’s fifth New York City solo exhibition. Brant exhibits vertically elliptically-shaped paintings dating from 1987 to the present. The are made in varying combinations of materials; wax and lead, charcoal and compound, encaustic and canvas, and graphite ad compound.
