Andrea Burgay’s work combining collage, sculpture and found materials elevates the overlooked and the mundane via transformative physical processes. She has exhibited nationally and internationally including; Unimedia Modern Contemporary Art (Genoa, Italy), Galerie Zurcher (Paris, France), BRIC Rotunda Gallery, Flux Factory, Airplane, Groundfloor Gallery, Outlet and STOREFRONT Bushwick (all in NY). Recent exhibits include Works On/With Paper (Concepto Hudson, 2015) and Destroy Edit Transform, a solo exhibiton held in conjuntion with her fellowship at A.I.R. Gallery.
