In 1974, founding A.I.R. Gallery member Mary Grigoriadis wrote “My work is a paean to beauty, opulence, and order.” This statement has been consistently true of her work, which has changed stylistically over the last 15 years, but which has remained constant in intention. In this exhibition, Grigoriadis exhibits eight representative paintings from her oeuvre as well as a group of large pastels on black paper.
