Participatory Group Show

October 21 - November 15, 1997

1997 marks the 25th anniversary of A.I.R. Gallery, the first cooperative gallery for women artists in the country. Generations is a participatory "Grand Salon" group show to commemorate a shared women's art history.  Artists were invited to deliver artwork to the gallery, along with a laser print of the work exhibited to be made into a document donated to the Archives of American Art.
