Required to travel routinely on business for a period of almost two years, the artist developed a near disabling phobia of air travel. As no stumped crash investigator will admit, there is no engineer, no pilot, no F.A.A official and certainly no naive passenger that is ever capable of reconciling the absolute horrible potentials that accompany air travel. These photographs are the imprisoned views of a tortured airline passenger, and yet in the end, they betray the white knuckled paranoia that inspired them.
