Color All The Way Through
Susan Stainman
FELLOWSHIP GALLERY
May 29 - June 22, 2014
Opening Reception: Thursday, June 5, 6-9pm
Artist Talk: Thursday, June 5, 6:30pm
In Color All the Way Through Stainman uses fluorescent colors to reference childhood, specifically the idea of play and the immediacy of childlike experiences. She is also interested in how color, form, and space inform each other and their subsequent emotional qualities. Bringing together attention to both the human form and the forgotten spaces of our environments, Stainman invites us into the possibility of her inner world: playful, immediate, sensual, and emotive.
