LINES OF LIGHT represents a varied body of paintings and prints including acrylic on canvas, woodcut, trace-­‐monotype with chine colle and iconic figure composites in “unique” prints. These works were completed concurrently over the past year and follow the installation of a 40 year retrospective of Lasar’s work entitled NANCY LASAR: A SURVEY 1972-­‐2012 at the New Arts Gallery in CT. A bound catalog of that exhibition will be available at AIR Gallery during the LINES OF LIGHT exhibition.
