This introductory workshop will guide participants through the basics of creating digitally assisted stop­motion films. All necessary materials will be provided and no experience is necessary. egin Sharifzadeh is an artist, animator and curator based in Brooklyn. Sharifzadeh's filmmaking grew out of her sculpture practice by bringing constructed objects to life using stop­motion animation. Often pairing animation within a sculptural installation, she creates physical spaces for the audience to walk into.
