Join us on Sunday, November 6, at 4 PM for a poetry reading from No Chronology by Karen Fish hosted by Jane Swavely on the occasion of her solo exhibition Pareidolia.
Accompanied by a screening of the iconic 1960 film of Balanchine’s ballet “Agon.”
Karen Fish is the author of three poetry collections, The Cedar Canoe, What Is Beyond Us, and most recently, No Chronology published by University of Chicago Press. She has been awarded a Pushcart Prize, a fellowship to the Fine Arts Work Center in Provincetown, and was a visiting lecturer at Princeton University. Currently, she teaches at Loyola University in Maryland. Her poems have appeared in numerous magazines including:The New Yorker, The Paris Review, Yale Review, The American Poetry Review, Poetry, The New Republic, and Slate.
