MESSAGE TO THE A.I.R. COMMUNITY

A.I.R. Gallery received notice earlier this month that our 2025 National Endowment for the Arts grant has been terminated due to misalignment with the federal administration’s priorities. This means that A.I.R. will no longer receive the $30,000 we expected from the NEA this spring to support the debut solo exhibitions of the six talented artists participating this year in the A.I.R. Fellowship Program for Emerging Artists.

We need your support to overcome this considerable and immediate loss in federal funding. Please consider making a tax-deductible donation to the A.I.R. Fellowship Program today. Every contribution makes a difference!

For over half a century, A.I.R. has challenged gender inequity and discrimination in both the arts and society at large. And no matter what the current powers that be might say, our mission to amplify the voices of underrepresented women and non-binary artists is more a priority now than ever.

We're all in this together. Let us not forget that community, collectivity, and culture hold power.
